About Us
Established in 2005 by the sole director Richard Just, Just Investments Pty Ltd began as a one man business importing small items from overseas and reselling to the local market.
Rapid growth in the first 2 years saw an expansion of product categories imported and the commencement of several other business ventures under the Just Investments group.
Utilising its experience in product sourcing and importing, the company has now grown to operate four businesses including:
- Wholesale, retail and online outlets for its range of tool storage and workshop equipment
- A sourcing service assisting Australian businesses and individuals increase their profit margins by utilising offshore manufacturing
- A third party print service for small or large jobs ranging from business cards to calendars, brochures and flyers
Now
Having established such a strong presence through its retail and online outlets, Just Investments now operates out of multiple distribution facilities throughout Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne & China covering a total of over 4000 square meters. Head office is located in Brisbane.
The company also has strong associations with factories offshore in almost any product category and can source almost any personal or commercial item in bulk.
Its range of tools, tool storage and workshop equipment under the BOSS brand is rapidly expanding around Australia and is distributed by a growing number of tool outlets.
Future
The only way is up! Each of the four businesses have specific growth goals to achieve and the company is excited about 2009 and its prospects. Some of those targets are as follows:

- Just Imports/TheToolShop.com.au – To dominate the ever increasing online market with its range of workshop equipment and to continue providing the best value products Australia wide. Become the No. 1 website for workshop mechanics and apprentices sourcing their necessary "tools of the trade".
- Global Sourcing – Continue assisting clients realise and increase their full profit potential by manufacturing offshore. Grow our database of customers, manufacturing plants and product categories.
- Print4u.net.au – Assist commercial clients in realising the savings of offshore printing. Increase the viability of smaller jobs in order to broaden our product range.
